Nesha is a small delivery team with engineers in the U.S. and Hyderabad. We hire people who can own ERP work, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), or application services in Java, Python, .NET and related stacks — not ticket queues.
What the day-to-day looks like
Direct with client teams
You talk to controllers, ops managers and IT leads. Status updates aren't filtered through three layers of account managers.
Production systems
Most of the work is live ERP, integrations and cloud platforms. We budget time for hypercare after go-live because that is when the real bugs show up.
US + Hyderabad delivery
US consultants lead discovery and cutovers. Hyderabad engineers handle sustained build, testing and support with overlapping hours.
Learning that pays for itself
If the cert helps a current project — AWS, GCP, Azure, Acumatica or similar — we cover exam fees and study time. No vague "learning stipend" for unused courses.

Remote with occasional travel
Most roles are remote. Some Maryland / Mid-Atlantic client work needs a few onsite days for workshops or go-live. Travel is paid.

Senior Acumatica Developer
Remote (US preferred) · Full-time · Mid–SeniorYou will customize and extend Acumatica for distribution and manufacturing clients — screens, GI, business events, and API work tied to inventory and finance processes.
- 3+ years Acumatica customization (C# / .NET) in production
- Comfortable with BOM, inventory, AR/AP or job cost modules
- Can run a technical workshop with a client's controller or ops lead
Cloud Engineer (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Remote (US) · Full-timeOwn landing zones, migrations and day-2 operations across client clouds. Deep in at least one of AWS, GCP or Azure; comfortable reading the others. IaC, networking, identity and cost reviews — not greenfield demos.
- Hands-on AWS, GCP or Azure in production (compute, networking, IAM)
- Terraform (or equivalent) in real environments
- Experience planning cutovers with rollback paths
Software Engineer (Java / Python)
Hyderabad, India · Full-time · Onsite / hybridBuild and maintain APIs, integrations and internal tools next to client ERP and line-of-business systems. Stack varies by engagement — Java and Python are the most common; .NET experience is a plus.
- Strong Java (Spring) and/or Python in production services
- REST integrations, auth, logging and SQL for real apps
- Clear written English for daily standups with US teams
ERP Delivery Consultant
Aberdeen, MD / Remote East Coast · Full-timeLead discovery, process mapping and UAT for Acumatica projects. You do not need to write every customization, but you should know when a GI is enough and when code is required.
- Prior ERP implementation or finance/ops systems experience
- Acumatica or similar mid-market ERP exposure preferred
- Willing to travel occasionally in the Mid-Atlantic
